Honestly, this is might be the weirdest toy I ever had, hahaha... :D

HEX BUG is a small bug robot, moved by small motor, controlled with micro controller, with sound and impact sensors.


I got this bug from HLJ.com at sale price :D




This feeler is the impact sensor.
If this feeler touching an obstacle, the spring part near it head will touching the middle pin and it will trigger the program to do curving backward movement.

The sound sensor is on the tail, along with the switch.


Require 2 LR43 batteries

The electronic PCB is located right below it upper body. Easy to get dusty and dirty, but it seems okay. I mean, if the design let the PCB exposed like that, it mean no worried to out side damaging factors (just don't put it in the water) :D
