Both Japan and Indonesia have same common thing. And this thing is Train, every morning and afternoon you'll see people inside train like pack of Sardines, specially when the Train hasn't renew from retired-unused Train set from Japan (talking about Japan method of Recycling XD).
And, when no empty seat anymore. Most of the working woman who using train as her transportation back to home are bringing a small portable chairs. And you'll see this oftenly if you in Jakarta, like me ^^

Wow first time here , nice picture Galery . I've been to Jakarta before but only on roads , was Jam-packed XD .
Here in Kuala Lumpur , Our trains are very modern and usually people dont sit on the floor as it shows imbaresment

I have never boarded train like that in Jakarta. In my hometown Palembang I always ride a bicyle.
Several times I am on a train when I went to Bandung by Argo Express.

Nope, because mostly they didn't care ^^.
Also, if you use clamshell type of cellphone, they didn't know if you taking a pics because they thought you was reading SMS XD

nice photos. i believe trains are always packed like sardine. Everyday i have to be sardined twice. the MRT here is really good but the ppl just bad =(

Looks peaceful in the trains xD.
Which reminds me, like B-Mecha had mentioned, it's really annoying to see people trying to squeeze into the MRT, even though it's already full. There's barely any space left! Do you really need to squeeze into the train and make other commuter's train experience awful?
Oh well. Singaporeans will never change ;_;.
